Start your day at the Mayan Buzz Cafe. Nestled inside Bridge Street Market behind the produce section you'll find a quaint cafe area complete with tasty treats. You can also grab breakfast at Bridge Street Market to fuel up for your ride. If you've never tried a "Cafe Con Miel" (coffee with honey) there's no time like the present!

Time for a treat! Le Bon Macaron is an adorably chic Parisian style cafe with incredible coffee and, of course, macarons! Try their Lavender Latte which is hand-crafted with lavender syrup and steamed milk blended with espresso from Rowster New American Coffee. Their namesake macarons are a must. Try classic flavors like raspberry or vanilla, or get a little adventurous with flavors like yuzu, hibiscus or Mexican chocolate.

3. At Fish Ladder Park by the river dam, make a left to exit the trail and ride north onto Front Avenue NW
4. Turn left onto 6th Street NW
5. Turn right onto Broadway Avenue NW
6. Turn left onto 7th Street NW, Ferris Coffee & Nut Co. will be on the right
